Anna Paquin

Anna Paquin was born in the city of Winnipeg, but was raised in Wellington. She was the first actress to make her acting debut in Flora McGrath, her character in the romance film The Piano. Paquin who was born in Wellington however was born and bred in Winnipeg began her acting career on screen in The Piano. At age 11, she became an infant Academy Award winner ever for Best Actress.
